Buyers agents was designed to assist homebuyers who seek to locate a highly qualified and experienced real estate professional anywhere in the United States. We screen each REALTOR® who acts as a buyer's agent before granting a link. You can preview each Buyer's Agent's site, look at listings, and choose the buyers agent that appeals to you. You are not required to give your contact information and you will not be contacted by anyone unless you give your permission.
This site is divided into the following areas:
HOMEBUYERS - Explains Agency (how sellers are represented), Buyer-Agency (how homebuyers can obtain equal representation), and the advantages of getting pre-approved. There is a calculator that allows you to estimate your borrowing capacity and your monthly mortgage payment.
LOCATE A BUYERS AGENT - Buyer's Agents are listed by town. Every town in the United States Post Office zip code directory is listed. All Buyer's Agents are required to:
- have a minimum of five years of experience.
- have earned a minimum of one industry recognized certification.
- work as full-time real estate agents.
- maintain an informative and up-to-date website.
- respond to email within 24-hours.
HOME SELLERS - If you need assistance selling your house a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) from a qualified REALTOR® in your area is available without cost or obligation.
REALTOR'S ENTRANCE - This is where Buyer's Agents enroll. You can view our requirements for a link, our costs, and why Buyer's Agents should support this site. This is an open directory where nothing is hidden from you.
DICTIONARY - is a dictionary of real estate terms.
Buyers-agent is designed and maintained by REALTORS® . For screening purposes we utilize the national membership directories for each industry certification, the National Association of REALTOR'S® directory, and we preview every website. Our requirements are designed to reserve our links for the top 10% of all real estate professionals. If a Buyer's Agent has not been assigned to the town of interest to you, we will utilize our screening tools to provide you with the name and contact information of a Buyer's Agent who meets our requirements.
