Southbury, Connecticut is a family-oriented town of 16,000 people,
located directly off Rt. I-84. It's proximity to major airports and the
highway makes it ideal for business travelers. Connecticut Limousine
provides transportation from the Southbury Travel Center to JFK, LaGuardia,
Bradley and Neward Airports. Bus transportation is also provided into
Manhattan on a daily schedule.
Southbury's Park and Recreation Department provides a host of activities for
children and adults. The town has youth soccer, baseball, softball,
basketball and a town swim team. Also available is Pop Warner football. There
is a town pool and beach and a two-session summer program available for
children.
