Hubbard's unique dual water towers located behind the building housing City Hall and Library.  The locals joke of having the only hot and cold running water towers in the county.

There is always plenty to do in Hubbard.  The list of annual events includes Hubbard Heritage Days, Chamber of Commerce Christmas Open Houses, Community-wide garage sales the first weekend of June, the Avenue of Flags on Memorial Day, the Easter Egg Hunt and Santa Claus.  The library is located on Main Street in the City Hall building and is opened Monday through Saturday.  Story Hour is held each Monday for younger children.  Hubbard has numerous clubs and organizations for all ages to participate in.  They include:  Chamber of Commerce, American Legion Post #4, American Legion Auxiliary, Lions Club, Y.A.H.
