Hudson New Hampshire was formerly a part of Dunstable, Massachusetts. In 1733, Hudson was incorporated as Nottingham, but changed it's name to Hudson in 1830. Located next to Nashua and within easy access to Route 3 Hudson attracts many commuters who work as far south as Boston.

Hudson provides four public playgrounds, 8 athletic fields and two public tennis courts. Hudson has a town beach and boat house at Robinson Pond. Hudson has outdoor skating, two public golf courses and two driving ranges. Hudson Speedway features auto racing. The Town's Recreation Department sponsors many activities for both adults and children. Residents are afforded an atmosphere complete with a wide variety of cultural events and entertainment.
