| Roseburg, Oregon is the hub of Southern
Oregon. You can climb a mountain, raft a river, or catch salmon in some of
the most scenic settings in the Pacific Northwest. The year round mild

quality of life. Roseburg is located in a water wonderland crowned by the
world famous Umpqua River, surrounded by lush forests and cascading

Italy and Southern France. Extremes of heat and cold are rare. The summer
humidity is low and snowfall is not seen often on the valley floor. The
