HOW DO REALTOR'S BENEFIT?
 
Most Top Producer's own several Internet sites designed to attract new business. Each site typically costs between $29.95 and $49.95 per month. Some of these $49.95 a month sites have 100s of agents with similar sites located in a marketing area. While these sites are excellent, the provider cannot promote one site over another. It is the Realtor's job to promote the site in order for it to be found.

Once a Realtor is approved, Buyers-Agents creates a search page for that town and posts it to the major search engines. One town doubles your chances of being found, two towns triple your chances, etc. Once a potential buyer finds one of Buyers-Agents search pages they are redirected to our homepage.

WHAT DO LINKS COST / HOW AM I BILLED?
   
The billing cycle is based on the number of towns requested. If you request one town you will be billed quarterly. If you purchase more than one town you can be billed monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually; just let us know. The cost per link/town is as follows:

LIMITATION ON THE NUMBER OF LINKS
There is no limit on the number of links that you can acquire, provided you are an active Realtor in those towns and you meet the qualifications. Our objective is to: 
  • insure that a potential customer is given a choice of qualified agents.
  • drive traffic to our client's web site. 

Realtor links are listed from top to bottom in the order received. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel anytime with 15 days written notice - snail mail or email. We will stop billing you once we are notified, but your links will not be removed until you have been given 30 days to verify your cancellation. If you should cancel your credit card and fail to notify us, we will attempt to contact you before offering your links to another Realtor®. If we are unable to contact you within a period of 30 days, your links will be removed.
